Two great Painting Museums, rich in Italian and European masterpieces. The first of these Museums, the Pinacoteca di Brera, arose thanks to the will of a layman (it was founded by Napoleon in 1809). The second Museum, the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, was built by orders of the clergy. Both, however, share the aim of glorifying the greatness of artistic genius as expressed in painting.

The Experience

In these museums you will find some of Italy’s most important collections, with superb masterpieces by Raphael, Mantegna, Piero della Francesca, Bellini, Titian, Leonardo, Caravaggio and Bramante. In the third great Museum, the Pinacoteca di Villa Reale, there is an important collection of modern art, beginning with Neoclassical works and ranging over various artistic movements of the 19th century.

Included in the experience are two tickets for the Pinacoteca di Brera. Additionally,  An aperitif  with sampling of fine food at Chatulle or Kineo lounge for two persons is provided.
